Welcome to the courses page. Here you will find courses that are completed and ready to view and study.

If you express interest in taking one of the courses, I will send you a login code. There is no charge for any of the courses. More information on this below.

The Instructor

Dr Phil Gigliotti

I am a retired physician who practiced medicine for over 40 years. I began studying the Scriptures in 1995 after understanding Who Jesus is and what He did. The Holy Spirit led me to into the Torah. I was fascinated and amazed, not only by the power of the inspired text, but also all that text that pointed to Jesus as Messiah.

As Jesus tells us in John Chapter 5, all the Scriptures testify of Him. Paul tells us in II Timothy 3:16 that all Scripture is breathed out by the Holy Spirit.

Therefore, since this is a living, breathing Word, it is critically important for us to read and study it. We must see it as the foundation and the Old Testament as the roots of our faith.

Therefore, I named my school Roots and Foundations. I hope that you are instructed and empowered by these studies.

The Book of Philippians

A powerful letter from Paul to a church he had planted and has great admiration for. He summarizes the good things about that church and their relationship to Jesus.

The Book of Jonah

A Minor Prophet who disobeys then is returned to his mission by the power of God.

The Book of Romans

(audio only)

This book is Paul's masterpiece in explaining the New Covenant and how it comes from the Old.

The Book of Galatians

A powerful and concise explanation of Law and grace. Salvation is from the work of Messiah Jesus, not following the Law. Paul also continues with the idea of adoption and not bondage. We have an Abba!

First Timothy

Paul writes to Timothy, his protege ,about being a leader and teaching sound doctrine. He commits the charge of the Gospel to Timothy. He must always preach and teach the Truth. Also, apostasy will come in the last days.
